As the owner of the technical infrastructure, we provide, upon request, in accordance with the provisions of § 161 of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on spatial planning and building regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"), information on the location of our networks, connection conditions, protection, including other data necessary for project activities and construction execution.

Pricing and Payment Method
The provision of the above-mentioned services is associated with operational costs on the part of INTERCONNECT s.r.o. In accordance with the wording of § 161 of the Building Act, Statements on the Existence of Networks by Interconnect are charged according to the following price list.
1. Statement on the Existence of Networks (without situation):
Cost of obtaining a copy
Price: 300,- CZK incl. VAT
2. Statement on the Existence of Networks – including digital documentation:

Digital drawing format in dwg. – JTSK, Bpv
Price: 550,- CZK incl. VAT
3. At the request of the builder, geodetic staking of the SEK can be performed
COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH GEODETIC STAKING
Basic price: 5,500,- CZK incl. VAT
(Includes data preparation, transport up to 50 km, route marking with spray, staking of the route up to 100 m and a maximum of 3 hours spent on transport and on site.)
Transport: 11,- CZK/km
1 man-hour beyond the basic scope: 800,- CZK / 1 worker
Staking of the route beyond the basic scope: 15 - 30,- CZK/m of route
The standard processing time for your request is 30 days from the receipt of payment to our account. ** The request must be complete. * In exceptional cases, where local technical verification is also necessary, the period may be longer. Furthermore, the period is extended by the waiting time for necessary data from the builder.
* The valid request must include the following information:
Billing address (including ID and VAT number for individuals and legal entities conducting business)
Contact details of the applicant (builder), specifically:
Email and phone number of the responsible person
Description of the construction, project, especially:
- Cadastral area
- Plot numbers
- Overview situation
- Coordination situation with marked object heights (format dwg, JTSK)
- Situation of broader relations
- Accompanying report
- Technical report (if already existing)
- Section and views of the object (if already known)
- Placement of construction cranes including trajectory and height of arms (if already known)
** Based on your request, a tax document will be sent to you. After payment, a statement on the network will be sent to you within the specified period, possibly with other documents according to your request.
