Billing guide
We have prepared a billing guide for you. Click here to see it. You will find a sample invoice and information on how to pay from the invoice.
By standing order
The amount is the same every month, so you set up the standing order once and never have to worry about it again. For standing order payments, use the "variable symbol for standing orders".
By card on this website
Instant payment for all payments and deposits.
By card via the customer section of the website
After logging into the customer section, you can pay the entire outstanding balance with a single click.
By one-time order
Every month you will receive an invoice which you pay by bank transfer as usual - for example from your online banking. Each invoice has its own variable symbol, which is also the document number.
By QR payment
Each of our invoices includes a QR code for quick payment from your bank's mobile app.
Payments by QR code are also accepted at our office as a cashless method.
By card at the office
We accept all common types of payment cards.
Opening hours:
Mon – Fri 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
In cash at the office
For security reasons, we do not keep cash at the company headquarters and may not have change. If you pay in cash at our office, please make sure you have the exact amount, or we will make an advance payment for the next period.
In cash at the bank
Each of our invoices can be paid in cash at any Fio bank branch in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Please note that the bank charges a regulatory fee of CZK 90/€3 for deposits made by a third party. You will have to pay this fee at the bank.
By postal order
Every month you can receive a printed invoice with a pre-filled postal order in your mailbox. Sending a printed invoice carries a fee, and you must also consider the post office fee for processing the payment, which is nearly CZK 50.
Do you have a problem with paying for our services? Did you make a mistake in the payment details, can't find them, or are you unsure if the payment went through? We have a solution for every problem. Check out the frequently asked questions or contact us.
