After our first mutual phone contact, we will arrange a visit from a service technician at a date and time that suits you. You will know the name of the technician who will come to you in advance. Upon arrival, our technician in a service uniform will present a service ID and conduct a free pre-installation survey.
If it is possible to implement the connection and it is a standard installation, the technician can activate it on the spot. Such an installation takes approximately 2 hours. The technician will then hand over a functional connection, demonstrate its use, and present you with a handover protocol and a Contract for the Provision of Electronic Communications Services for signature.
In the case of more complex installations, or if immediate installation is not convenient for you, you will again arrange another date by phone with our operator. Usually, the same technician who conducted the measurement will come to you.
The customer does not pay anything in cash on site.
