What is OKU?

OKU is a fourteen-digit code assigned by your operator. It replaces the previously used ČVOP code (Termination Code of Previous Provider). It’s the only identification used when transferring your phone number between operators.

Unlike ČVOP, which you had to request from your operator, the OKU is assigned automatically with your phone number after signing the Subscriber Contract. Also, ČVOP was valid for only 65 days, whereas your OKU is valid for the entire duration of your contract.

For security reasons, never share your OKU with anyone or make it public.

Code Example

8119 XXXXXXXXXX
9119 XXXXXXXXXX

8 starts OKU for mobile phone numbers

9 starts OKU for landline numbers

11 is your operator code (may also be 12, 13, 14, 15)

9 is a virtual operator code

X are other digits for validation

Where can I find my OKU?

With our company, you’ll find your OKU on the signed contract.

With O2, you can find it in the Moje O2 app, with Vodafone in the My Vodafone app, and with T-Mobile in the customer section “My T-Mobile”.

OKU is valid for the entire duration of your Subscriber Contract.
