The password for home Wi-Fi is chosen by the customer during the installation of the connection. We recommend noting it down in a suitable place. The technician records this password in the system. If you happen to forget the password, you can call us, and after we verify your identity, we will provide you with the password.

However, this service only applies to wireless routers for home Wi-Fi provided by our company. If the customer installs their own router and forgets the password, it usually requires a complete reset of the router and all connected devices.

If we supplied the router, you will also find this password in the information brochure you received from us after the installation.
