Restart the modem
First, try restarting the modem by unplugging the power cable from the outlet and waiting about 5 seconds. Then plug the cable back in.
Try restarting the antenna (if you have one)
If you use our antenna connection and the problem persists, try restarting the antenna by unplugging its power cable for 5 seconds and then plugging it back in. Important: after restarting the antenna, wait about 2 minutes for it to fully start up before restarting the modem again. Otherwise, the modem may not receive the correct configuration from the antenna and your internet won’t work.
Don’t confuse restart with reset
Be careful not to confuse “restart” with “reset.” Avoid pressing the RESET button on your device, as this may erase your modem’s configuration and require a paid technician visit for reconfiguration.
Check indicator lights and cables
Check if the modem’s green indicator light is on and make sure all cables are securely connected to both the modem and the antenna (if used).
Try another device
If you have a connection problem only on a specific device (e.g., computer) while others (like your smartphone) work fine, try restarting the problematic device.
Cable connection test
If Wi-Fi does not work on any device, try connecting the data cable from the modem directly to your computer or laptop. If internet starts working on your computer/laptop, the issue is probably with the modem. In older models, Wi-Fi can stop working over time. In such cases, you can choose a new modem from our offer.
